Managing your subscription
Add or cancel back-office modules from the dashboard, and understand how one-time and recurring charges work.
Your subscription lives in the dashboard, and it's built to change as your company does. Adding an autopilot or cancelling one you no longer need takes a single click — there's no support ticket and no renegotiation.
One-time vs recurring charges
- One-time charges
- Formation and its included services are billed once, when your company files. State filing fees are part of that one-time total, at cost.
- Recurring modules
- Back-office autopilots like Bookkeeping, Tax, and Compliance are subscriptions you add from the dashboard and keep only as long as you need them.
Adding a module
- 1Open the module's area
Go to Banking, Payments, Books, Tax, or Compliance in the sidebar. If the autopilot isn't active yet, you'll see what it does and what it costs.
- 2Add it in one click
Confirm the module. The total is shown before you commit, and the relevant autopilot becomes available right away.
- 3Watch it start work
The agent picks up your company context and begins — for example, Bookkeeping will prompt you to connect your bank read-only via Plaid.
Cancelling a module
Cancel any recurring module from the same area of the dashboard in one click. Your data isn't deleted when you cancel — filings, documents, and books stay in your account, and you can re-enable the autopilot later. If you want to remove your data entirely, that's a separate action covered by your data rights.
Only members with the OWNER or ADMIN role on your organization can add or cancel modules. Members with the MEMBER role can use the autopilots but not change the subscription. See roles and permissions for the full breakdown.
To see prices for any module before you add it, open the plan builder.
