The compliance calendar
One place that tracks every recurring deadline your company carries, with reminders and a weekly past-due cadence.
The compliance calendar is the single view of everything your company has to file and when. It lives in the Compliance area of your dashboard and is scoped strictly to your own organization — you only ever see your own entity's obligations.
What lands on the calendar
When the Compliance agent maps your entity, it adds every recurring obligation that applies. For a typical US LLC or C-Corp that includes the items below; the exact set depends on your state and entity type.
| Obligation | Typical cadence |
|---|---|
| FinCEN BOI report | Once, then on any change to beneficial ownership |
| State annual report | Annually (some states biennially) |
| Franchise tax | Annually, where the state levies one |
| Registered-agent renewal | Annually |
| UK Confirmation Statement | Annually (UK Ltd) |
How reminders work
- 1Upcoming items surface early
As a due date approaches, the obligation appears in your dashboard's filing calendar so you have runway to act or to let the agent auto-file.
- 2The agent files or escalates
Where an API allows, the Compliance agent submits the filing and logs it. Where it can't, it prepares the packet and escalates to a licensed partner or to you.
- 3Past-due items are chased weekly
If an obligation slips past its deadline, reminders are sent on a weekly cadence — not a daily nag — until it's resolved.
Every filing the agent submits is recorded as an auditable AgentRun and shows up under Filings, so you always have a paper trail of what was filed, when, and by which agent.
