Understanding your dashboard
The cockpit view: your company, open orders, filings in flight, agent activity, and the co-pilot.
Your dashboard is the single view of your company's back office. The top of the page shows your primary company and its status; below it, a live cockpit and a set of cards track everything in motion.
What's on the dashboard
- Company status
- Your entity's state — draft, filed, active — plus its type, jurisdiction, and EIN once issued.
- The cockpit
- A live view of the agent fleet, your upcoming filing calendar (scoped to your own obligations), and a ticker of recent decisions across the platform.
- Open orders
- Formation and add-on orders in flight, with their current status.
- Filings in flight
- Filings the agents have drafted, submitted, or that have been acknowledged by an authority.
- Agent activity
- The most recent agent runs, each with its outcome and cost.
Navigating the app
The sidebar links to each area of your back office — Company, Banking, Payments, Books, Tax, Compliance, Filings, Documents, and the Co-pilot. Settings holds your founder profile and organization details; the data-rights page lets you export or erase your data at any time.
Switch the whole app between English and Spanish, and between light and dark themes, from the controls in the top-right of the dashboard header.
Have a question about anything you see? Open the Co-pilot — it answers from your own company data, with citations.
