Starting your company
Walk through the formation flow, from picking a plan to a filed entity.
Forming a company on FormBridge takes a few minutes of input and then runs on autopilot. Here's the path from start to a filed entity.
- 1Pick your entity and jurisdiction
Choose an LLC, C-Corp, UK Ltd, or UAE Free Zone, and the state or emirate. The plan builder shows your one-time total — the FormBridge fee plus the state filing fee at cost — before you pay.
- 2Choose a formation tier
Start with formation, EIN, and a registered agent, or add the Banking and Payments autopilots and a first-year compliance package. You can add any module later from the dashboard.
- 3Tell the agents about your business
A short founder profile — what the business does, who your customers are, your residency, and whether you hold a US SSN or ITIN. The agents read this on every run, so keep it current.
- 4Review and pay
There's no charge until your company actually files. Once you confirm, the Formation agent drafts your Articles and Operating Agreement and files with the registered-agent partner.
- 5Track it from the dashboard
Formation, then EIN, then anything else you selected runs in sequence. Every filing, agent run, and document shows up in your dashboard as it happens.
Building a plan and reviewing the total costs nothing. You only pay when you're ready to actually form the company.
